대한민국정부(식품의약품안전처)에서는 코로나19 확산 방지를 위해, 국내에 장기체류하고 있으나 국민건강보험에 가입되지 않아 그간 공적 마스크를 구매할 수 없었던 외국인(유학생 포함)에 대해, 아래와 같이 공적 마스크를 구매할 수 있도록 허용하였음을 알려드립니다.
가. 시행일: 2020. 4. 20.(월) 00:00
나. 대상: 외국인 유학생 등 외국인 등록을 한 외국인
※ 국민건강보험 미가입자도 구매 가능
다. 구매방법: 주 1회 · 1인 2개씩 구입 가능(마스크 5부제 동일 적용)
※ 출생연도에 따른 5부제로 ‘월요일’의 경우 출생연도 끝자리가 1 또는 6인 사람이 구입 가능
라. 구비서류: 외국인등록증, 영주증, 거소증 중 하나 지참·제시
마. 구매장소: 약국(전국), 농협하나로마트(서울·경기 제외), 우체국(대구·청도 및 읍면소재)
The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety under Korean Government announced that international students not enrolled in Korean National Health Insurance Service are able to buy a public mask from April 20, 2020 with a purpose of preventing the spread of COVID-19.
Please find the information about “how to buy a public mask” as below.
1. Eligibility: Non-Koreans who have completed Alien registration in Korea
※ Students who have not joined the Korean National Health Insurance are also eligible to buy a mask from April 20.
2. How to buy
- You can purchase masks according to the year of your birth.
Mon: Born in a year that ends 1 or 6
Tue: Born in a year that ends 2 or 7
Wed: Born in a year that ends 3 or 8
Thu: Born in a year that ends 4 or 9
Fri: Born in a year that ends 5 or 0
Sat/Sun: Unable to purchase masks during the week
(E.g. Those born in 1998 can buy masks on Wednesdays)

4. Where to buy: Pharmacies, Nonghyeop Hanaro Mart(excluding Seoul, Gyeonggi province), Post office(excluding Daegu,
Cheongdo, Administrative district of Town and Township)
为防止韩国国内corona-19病毒扩散， 在韩长期滞留但之前因未加入韩国国民健康保险而无法购买官方供给口罩的外国人（包括留学生），现可以购买官供口罩。通知如下：
1）施行日：2020.4.20（周一）
2）对象：外国留学生等在韩注册的外国人
※未加入韩国国民健康保险者也可购买
3）购买方法：每人每周可购买1次，1次可买2个口罩（与韩国国民统一实行口罩5部制）
*根据出生年度实行5部制，例如“周一”出生日期尾数为1或6的人可购买口罩。
4）购买口罩时出示证件：外国人登陆证，永居证或居住证。
5）购买场所：药店（全国），农协协Hanaro Mart（首尔、京畿道除外），邮局（大邱、清道及邑面）
