Oh Yes! Service Center

The Total Service Center issues a variety of documents and academic information that may be accessed and viewed from its website or requested by fax or mail.

Types of Documents Issued

  • Student service: 38 kinds of certification including enrollment certifications, expectation of graduation certificate, transcripts, student ID, and tuition receipts
  • Staff service: 10 kinds of certification including certificate of employment, certificate of career, certificate of tax-related income, and various forms of certification for part-time lecturers
  • Other issuing services: Civil Servant ID, International student ID and international teacher ID
  • Consulting services on academic affairs, and student affairs

You can access the service by visiting the center. It also offers documents through mail, email or fax.

Business hours

  • Weekdays: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (from Monday to Friday)
  • Automatic Issuing Machines in the lobby of the main administration building is available from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. around the year.

Employment Support

Division of employment support is made up of three departments: employment information, career guidance for students and psychological counseling. They operate a variety of career education programs that help students develop themselves to adjust to the changing demand of the society.

The department of employment information offers recruit information, recommends students, holds regular presentations by employers and job fairs, and allows students to garner valuable work experience in companies. To prepare students for employment after graduation, lectures on job interview tactics, career counseling, recruit camps and job training are also offered by the department of career guidance. The department of psychological counseling further supports students by administering a range of psychological tests and providing counseling offline and online through group or one-on-one sessions.
