[총무]COMPLAINT ABOUT SHUTTLE BUS RESERVATION

Greetings.

I am "SHABBIR JAVERIA", an undergraduate international student from PAKISTAN. I came to Korea this September. For my first semester I have to attend Korean Language classes at CNU Yeosu campus. So I have to use the CNU Shuttle bus service regularly for 6 months.

The portal for reserving a seat opens at 8am on the morning before boarding date. I usually book my seat at sharp 8:00 o'clock (till then 14 or 15 people have already booked) but this friday (September 14th) I booked my seat at 8:10am. In just 10 minutes 50 people already booked. After reserving I got a message of "waitlist - 13". Now I don't know if I'd be allowed to sit in the bus on monday or not. Beacuse of same this reason, I will miss my second class on monday. As a new student on self study visa, I can't really afford going through public transports.

I seriously request the management to please increase the number of buses foe Gwangju <-> Yeosu route. Atleast, there should be two buses going in the morning. Many students like me who have to regularly go on this bus are left behind.

Hello, this is the General Affairs Division of Chonnam National University.

Our university currently operates a total of six buses — three at the Gwangju Campus and three at the Yeosu Campus. These buses are used for a variety of purposes, including city shuttle services for students at both campuses, transportation between the Gwangju and Yeosu campuses, and support for educational and research activities such as college laboratory classes, field training, and other academic needs.

Due to these multiple essential uses, it is difficult to increase the number of shuttle bus operations at this time.

We will continue to make every effort to provide a safer and more convenient shuttle bus service for our university community.
