업무 설명서

3M Engineering is a part of Manufacturing(ESC) organization. 3M engineering is consisting of 10 groups to deliver the most effective projects through technical leadership, project management, and world class return on capital investment.  As part of 3M engineering, new position will be dedicated to role of PICS engineer.

The person hired for the position of Control Systems Engineer, will be responsible for providing effective control system solutions for a wide variety of new or existing automated process equipment that is used to manufacture 3M products. Required technologies include motion control, human machine interface, PLC control, drives, sensors and measurement devices, Network interfacing, data acquisition from PLC, MES and SCADA system

 

In this position, the candidate will be responsible for the specification, design, and integration, installation, commissioning of control systems used to manufacture 3M products. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Development and design of the control system architecture (제어 시스템 아키텍쳐 개발 및 설계)

• Control systems cost estimate and schedule development (제어시스템 비용 견적 및 일정)

• Hardware purchasing and control panel build (하드웨어 구매 및 전장판넬 구성)

• PLC and HMI programming & system integration (PLC & HMI 프로그램밍 및 시스템 구축)

• Machine commissioning, start up, and check-out & Assist in the implementation of site specific safety programs (기계시운전, 체크아웃 및 현장별 안전프로그램 구현 및 지원)

• Data acquisition from PLC and field devices and network interfacing. (PLC 및 데이터 수집 및 네트워크 인터페이스)

 

Qualification

 

• Bachelor’s degree or above (학사 이상)

• Available for new grad (대졸신입 지원 가능, 2025년 2월 졸업예정자 지원 가능)

• Possess a degree in Electrical or Control Engineering or a related field (전기 및 제어, 혹은 유관분야 전공자)

• Excellent forward and logical thinking and fearless communication skill(진취적이고 논리적인 사고 방식 그리고 의사소통능력)

• Growth mind set with Flexibility and agility(유연성 및 민첩성을 갖춘 성장마인드)

• Ability to travel and work on business trips or at plants that suit the business’s needs.(비즈니스 요청에 따른 출장 및 공장 근무 가능한 분)

• Writing and speaking skill in Korean and English(한국어 및 영어 글쓰기 및 말하기 능력)

• Hold of Electrical certification, FE, PE is preferred.(전기기사, FE, PE 자격증 선호)

• Understanding electrical power distribution and protection(수변전 설비 및 보호)

• Understanding hardware design of control panel(PLC &PAC) and application selection(LT,PT,FT,TT)(PLC, PAC Control panel 전장 설계 및 공정변수에 적합한 장치 설계 및 선택)

• Understanding PLC & HMI programming (Allen Bradly)(PLC 및 HMI 프로그램밍)
