Qualifications

Logistics Admin Specialist

- Track and manage orders and shipments to 

   ensure timely deliveries

- Assist B2C process using SAP and 

  ShipStation

- Troubleshoot issues related to order fulfillment

- Communicate with customer service & sales 

  team, HQ & carrier service

- Maintain updated records of orders and items

- Review documents such as invoices and billing statements

- Manage international shipping documents and 

  assist Customs clearance as needed

[Minimum Qualifications]

- English proficiency : Intermediate and above

[Preferred Qualifications]

- Experience with Google Workspace

- Excellent organizing/typing/filing skills

- Excellent organizational skills and  

  attention to detail, and ability to multitask

- Ability to work under pressure and to 

  meet deadlines

Accounting

Specialist

- Work with accounts payable, accounts 

  receivable

- Process incoming payments by check, credit 

  card, ACH

- Receive, process, and reconcile statements

- Prepare statements by assembling, verifying, 

  and entering transactions

- Generate and review monthly reports

- Prepare and make bank deposits

- Maintain journals and ledgers by verifying, 

  correcting, and posting transactions

[Minimum Qualifications]

- Understanding of GAAP accounting 

  principles

[Preferred Qualifications]

- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or 

  spreadsheet

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in 

  entering financial data

- Outstanding math and research skills
