우리 대학원 외국인 신입생의 캠퍼스 생활 적응 및 한국 문화/생활 적응 지원을 위해
2023학년도 2학기 외국인 대학원 신입생 정착도우미(버디)를 다음과 같이 선발·운영하오니 대학원생 여러분의 많은 지원 바랍니다.
1. 지원자격: 일반대학원 재학생 및 수료후등록생(한국인 및 외국인)
2월 28일(수) 면접 참여 가능자,
3월 7일(목) 오리엔테이션 참여 가능자
2. 모집인원: 20명
3. 신청기간: 2024. 2. 20.(화) ~ 2024. 2. 26.(월) 18:00
4. 활동기간: 2024. 2. 29.(목) ~ 2024. 6. 30.(일)
5. 활동내용
가. 신입생 수강신청 정정 및 학사일정 지원
나. 교내 투어, 강의실 및 도서관, 은행 등 시설 안내
다. 문화교류 및 생활 적응 지원(*대면활동 최소 4회 이상)
6. 참여혜택: 활동지원비(25만원) 지급 및 활동증명서 발급(활동 종료 후, 활동보고서 제출)
7. 지원방법: 첨부파일의 지원신청서&개인정보이용동의서 작성 → 대학원 홈페이지 로그인 후 학생성장지원-GradGrow 버디 안내문 하단의 신청정보 입력 후 지원신청서 첨부→'신청하기' 클릭

Application for Buddy Program
1. Overview:
CNU graduate school aims to enhance academic achievement and adaptation to university life for incoming graduate school freshmen by mentor students
2. Qualifications:
CNU graduate school student (including students who have completed coursework but are still registered)
Those who can participate in the interview on February 28th (Wed) and the orientation on March 7th (Thu)
3. Activities
A. Support for new students course registration adjustments and academic affair assistance.
B. Campus tour, facility guidance including class room, library, bank, etc.
C. Helping and adaptation to campus life and Korean culture (*minimum of 4 in-person activities).
4. Benefits:
Activity supporting fee 250,000won + certificate of participation
5. How to apply:
After log-in the portal, please register via graudate school website(link above) by 18:00 26 Feb. You need to click the green button(신청하기) at the bottom after attaching the application form.
6. Selection Schedule
• Interview: 28th Feb, 2024
• Announcement: 29th Feb, 2024
• Oreintation: 7th March, 2024(The schedule is subject to change.)
*The results of the document screening and interview will be notified individually.
